Shipping Methods and Rates:

We exclusively use Australia Post to deliver our products across Australia. We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

  1. Standard Postage:
    • Cost: $8
    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (may vary based on location)
    • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
    • Express Postage:
      • Cost: $15
      • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days (may vary based on location)
      • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

      Free Standard Postage on Orders Over $100:

      Enjoy free standard postage on all orders totaling $100 or more. This offer is valid for deliveries across Australia. The free standard postage option will be automatically applied during the checkout process for eligible orders.

      Order Processing Time:

      Our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders promptly. Orders received before 1:00pm AEST will generally be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

      Order Tracking:

      Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to Australia Post's tracking service. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

      Shipping Restrictions:

      Please note that we currently only ship within Australia. We are unable to fulfill orders for international delivery at this time.
